- once we register, after 6 months, the inherit
service structure kicks in and we get published in meeting schedules and
such.

- Motion: Tithe payments Quarterly: PASSED
- Don to investigate an RR checking account at US Bank at 287 and
Arapahoe.

- Old Business:
- Scotty (Robbers Roost founder) invited to a meeting. He is speaking at
York St, 15th and York, Friday Sept 12, 7PM.
- ask the landlord how we can distribute 33% of our collection to/in his
name.
- Russ I: building owner approves we pay Sister Carmen 33% of collected
funds in his name.
- New Business:
- Register our group?
- Don to submit registration paperwork.
- Kelly: Sponsorship focus in meeting agenda?
- Don to get sponsorship brochures. Anyone chairing a meeting can use these
if they desire a related agenda.

- Don to prepare contact list with name, phone, email and sobriety
date.
