  • Attended District meeting. Associated documents presented.
  • Request was made that Craig and others to remind us all on upcoming events.
  • MOTION: pay RR associated travel mileage at $0.27/mile, PASSED
  • Craig owed $80.50 from the Area Assembly trip last year.

    • Motion: Establish a $200 prudent reserve for RR before other non-expense payments, PASSED
    • Motion: change our quarterly service payout amount to after be expenses, to insure we pay our bills first, PASSED
    • Motion: define quarterly service payout specifics at the associated GC meeting, PASSED
